Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Theme N’ Things (TNT). Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All TNT items are handmade, custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order unless otherwise stated.

Processing times vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Order size
  • Customization level
  • Current order volume

Estimated processing times will be provided at checkout or during communication regarding your order.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • Rush orders may require additional fees and are subject to availability

Shipping Time

Shipping times are determined by the shipping carrier and are separate from production/processing time.

Once your order has shipped, TNT is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Transportation issues
  • Delivery interruptions

We recommend placing orders well in advance of your event date.

Custom & Presale Orders

Custom and presale items may require additional processing time.

Estimated shipping dates for presale items are subject to change depending on inventory, supplies, production, or shipping carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

TNT is not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional shipping fees required to resend packages

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, TNT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact TNT within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of packaging if applicable

We will review the issue and determine if a replacement or resolution can be offered.

Local Delivery & Pickup

If local delivery or pickup is available:

  • Pickup times must be scheduled in advance
  • Customers are responsible for collecting orders during the agreed timeframe
  • TNT is not responsible for items after pickup or delivery has been completed

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

No physical item will be mailed for digital purchases unless otherwise stated.
