Once an order has been approved, submitted, designed, printed, or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Description of the problem

TNT will review the issue and determine if a replacement or shop credit is appropriate.

Delayed shipping caused by carriers
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
Delivery delays due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues

All digital product purchases are final due to the instant access and downloadable nature of the files.

Digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, copied, or claimed as your own.
