Deposits for custom/event orders

All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure:

Event dates
Custom projects
Large orders
Specialty items

Deposits are:

Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Applied toward your final balance

Orders are not confirmed until the required deposit/payment has been received.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is approved:

Payments must be made on agreed dates
Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of the order
Previous payments made may be non-refundable depending on work already completed

TNT reserves the right to stop production or services if payments are missed.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products and services, cancellations are limited.

Custom Orders

Once design work, production, ordering, or customization has started:

Orders cannot be canceled
Payments are non-refundable

Event Services

Deposits for event services are non-refundable because dates and availability are reserved specifically for your event.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased or downloaded.

Presale Orders

Presale orders may not be canceled once production or ordering has begun.

Order Changes

Any requested changes after purchase may:

Require additional fees
Extend turnaround time
Be declined depending on production status

TNT is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, missing information, or last-minute changes from customers.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from TNT, you agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for custom work, digital products, completed services, approved designs, or delivered items.
