Welcome to Theme N’ Things (TNT). By purchasing from, booking with, or using our services, website, digital products, or social media platforms, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

Theme N’ Things (TNT) provides custom event décor, party favors, digital products, templates, party boxes, and related creative services.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian
  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You agree to these terms and all store policies

2. Custom Orders

Many TNT products are handmade, personalized, custom-designed, or made-to-order.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all spelling, dates, names, colors, and order details before approval
  • Providing accurate information and responses in a timely manner
  • Approving proofs/mockups before production begins if applicable

Once production has started, changes may result in additional fees or may not be possible.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

TNT does not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for:

  • Custom items
  • Personalized items
  • Digital products
  • Presale items
  • Printed items
  • Party favors
  • Event décor services

4. Production & Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline only and may vary depending on:

  • Order size
  • Customization level
  • Holidays
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • High-volume periods

TNT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Rush orders may require additional fees and are subject to availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

TNT is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Delayed deliveries by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect addresses submitted by customers
  • Damaged packages caused during transit

6. Digital Products

All digital files, templates, downloads, and designs are for personal or approved business use only unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Resell
  • Share
  • Redistribute
  • Copy
  • Claim TNT designs as your own

Unauthorized reproduction or resale of TNT products, templates, or branding is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, templates, branding, photos, mockups, wording, logos, and content created by TNT remain the property of Theme N’ Things unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

TNT reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, advertising, and promotional materials unless confidentiality is requested in advance.

8. Event & Décor Services

For event-related services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Final balances must be paid before setup unless otherwise agreed
  • Clients are responsible for venue access and setup timing
  • TNT is not responsible for venue restrictions, power issues, weather, or third-party vendor delays

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Late-night breakdowns
  • Long-distance travel
  • Last-minute changes
  • Extended setup time
  • Damages caused by guests or venues

9. Limitation of Liability

TNT shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Delays outside of our control
  • Customer-provided errors
  • Improper handling of products after delivery/setup

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order or service.

10. Policy Updates

TNT reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

By continuing to use our services or place orders, you accept any updated terms.
